MEET OUR GUEST GUIDE
Helen Cromar has been a practitioner of creative + therapeutic sound for 2 years, trained by ANSU School of Sound in the Scottish Borders.
The teaching’s were received in a ceremonial style with one of her teacher’s, a Colombian medicine man, holding deep healing space for her throughout the course. This provided the vessel for her own purification + inner intention to work from a heart centred, pure and grounded place.
Her sound healing is gentle, yet powerful, ethereal + transformative. Using a combination of singing bowls, chimes, her voice + other instruments, Helen supports us through a journey of discovery, unfurling + release. Her sounds reach deep; encouraging rest + renewal; supporting anything that we wish to let go of, and creating space for inspiration + growth.
