This small-medium sized Yoni Egg features a drilled hole where you can thread string through for easy removal. It is recommended you use around 30cm of an unwaxed unminted floss or hemp string, replacing after each use. The string pictured with the egg is for one time use only.

Before use, wash your Yoni Egg in warm water with a non-toxic soap to sterilize.
Energetically cleanse your crystal egg by either placing on the window sill under the light of the full moon or in the sunshine, smudge with white Sage, Palo Santo or Copal or rinse in clean running water (such as a river) or submerge in water with salt crystals.
Before your practice, take a moment to set an intention. Bring your awareness to what you wish to call in, release or heal.
Once lying down comfortably, close your eyes and place your hands on your womb. Take a few deep breaths as you bring your awareness to your intention. Take as long as you need to allow yourself to drop out of your mind and into your body and become fully relaxed.
Before insertion, ask your vagina and womb permission to be entered and wait for the answer. You might find that there are days that your body is feeling closed. Honour that and just spend sometime connecting with your womb with breath, positive affirmations and love.
To insert the egg, place the larger end of the egg at the entrance and draw circles, gently massaging your yoni whilst taking slow deep breaths to relax the pelvic floor before insertion.
You can remain lying down for the practice or walk around your home, every so often engaging your pelvic floor muscles.
A practice can last anything from 20-60 minutes.
