Copal incense is derived from tree resin + hand-rolled, in Chiapas Mexico. It is a natural form of incense traditionally burned as an offering to the Cacao spirit in ceremony, as well as an offer to other deities in various Mayan + Aztec rituals. It also used as a “smudging” tool to cleanse the space and your aura of unwanted negative energies + can also be used for cleansing crystals. Releases a grounding scent to relax + clarify the mind.
A Molinillo is a traditional turned wood whisk from South America. Primarily used for Cacao or hot chocolate to create a delicious frothy beverage. It is used by holding between the palms and rubbing to rotate.
Worry Dolls are small hand-made dolls originating from Guatemala, representing women dressed in traditional textiles.
Making the worry dolls is a long held tradition, hand-made by indigenous Mayan women, passed down through the generations. Grandmother, mother and daughter, all make the dolls to uphold the tradition and to also support their livelihood by selling the dolls.
In their culture, the dolls are offered to children to share their secret worries with before bedtime. The dolls is then placed under their pillow whilst they sleep, helping to ease their worries by morning. Variations of this principle are used in the field of modern child psychology, believed to have real therapeutic benefits.
Suggestion: Keep one for yourself and gift to a loved one who you feel could do with releasing some worry.

Set up a quiet sacred space in your home, light a candle and burn the Copal incense. When preparing your Cacao approach the process with loving intention, focus and awareness of your intention. Take the Copal around your cup as an offering to the Cacao spirit to bless your drink. Take your cup in both hands, held at your heart as you close down the eyes and send out loving gratitude to the land of Guatemala, the farmers and the wisdom keepers for sharing this medicine with us, and loving gratitude to Mother Earth. Set an intention for the day before taking your first sip, and continue to drink slowly with presence and stillness.
Suggestion: Follow with meditation practice, breath-work, journaling, Tarot, movement such as yoga, dancing or a walk in nature.
